As
you browse through our webpage, you may be wondering who we are and how we found
all these gorgeous products and came about to be the fantastic store that we
are today.
Enchanted
Envelope was born in 2005 when there was a gaping need recognised in the Australian
and New Zealand market for fine and unique stationery. Since 2006, we have been
at the steering wheel, taking over from two fantastic ladies who built the great
foundations for all that we are today.
We
are a mother (Marie) and daughter (Sarsha) team who, like the rest of us wanted
to do something for ourselves. As past shopping addicts, we were constantly
complaining of a lack of service and courtesy. It drove us to dream of starting
our own venture, where our core operating values would be to make our customers
delighted to have done business with us.
We saw the amazing
opportunity to take this dream to the next step when we saw this venture and suddenly found ourselves as the proud owners. We say that we know how parties (and the tangled family web of chaos that these events cause) work - having been through all types of engagements, weddings, 21sts (Marie thinks she recently celebrated hers............) and even annual Christmas parties that happen in our house each year. Our experience means you are in good hands!
We
run nationally (and even internationally) out of Melbourne and do regular interstate
trips to keep in touch with our customers over the country. To help us while
we are on the road, we have a back up team of many, to which we are very thankful
- they help with the stuff you wouldn't think about or even notice. Along with
us being on the main stage of Enchanted Envelope, there is a special mention to Evan who is the 'IT back up
team, web and graphic designer and office comedian'. (That's one hell of a job description) He's an all-round good bloke most of the time too (so be nice to him, please!)
Our
mission is to provide ultimate service along with a simple and totally hassle
free way to starting off your next birthday party or event. We also like the fact that each person who receives your chosen invitation says 'wow, they are amazing' like we first did (and still usually do) each time we see the finished
product.
Parties,weddings
and inviations are our passion so we hope our enthusiasm shows all the way through
to you.
